Dubai Creek Residences is a large-scale residential project developed by Emaar Properties. The residential complex consists of six high-rise towers: The South Towers 1, 2, and 3 and The North Towers 1, 2, and 3. The buildings are located near Dubai Creek Harbour marina. Dubai Creek Residences, newly constructed in 2019, are situated in a coastal area, comprising six towers housing apartments with one to three bedrooms and a limited collection of exclusive penthouses occupying the top floors of the high-rises. The sale of real estate in Dubai Creek Residences
Both UAE citizens and non-residents of the Emirates are eligible to purchase apartments in Dubai Creek Residences as full private property. The residential complex is situated in an area where freehold ownership of property is permitted.
As the residential complex was completed in 2019, fully furnished and ready-to-move-in or rent out apartments are available for purchase. Currently, apartments with an area of 127 m² featuring two bedrooms are available for purchase at a price of AED 2.25 million (USD 612,500), while the cost of a 179-m² apartment with three bedrooms is AED 4 million (USD 1.09 million).
Foreign nationals purchasing property in Dubai Creek Residences with their own funds are eligible to obtain a resident visa for two or five years, depending on the value of the purchase. If the property value exceeds AED 2 million (USD 544,500), a five-year investor golden visa can be obtained.
